Employment, talent development and social participation with Club Brugge as an inspiring workplace
Assist to Work is Club Brugge's umbrella project name for all our employment and learning programs. Under this banner we bring people with diverse backgrounds and needs into contact with real work experience within Club Brugge: from supported employment and internships to projects with partners such as vzw Oranje, OCMW, VDAB and our Prevention Service. The goal is always the same: to develop work attitudes, practical skills and professional competencies in a safe, professional and motivating environment.
For whom?
We offer customized pathways for, among others:
-
Persons with a mental disability or specific support needs (e.g. through vzw Oranje)
-
Adolescents or adults with an alternative community service imposed by the Prevention Service or juvenile judge
-
Long-term job seekers and low-skilled (in cooperation with VDAB/OCMW)
-
Other target groups that benefit from workplace learning and supported employment
What do we offer?
-
Real work experience within different services of Club Brugge (greenkeeping, logistics, facility tasks, etc.).
-
Customized guidance: each participant works under professional guidance and with clear expectations and feedback.
-
Learning-work paths with concrete objectives: work attitudes, professional technical competencies and work rhythm.
-
Secure framework and cooperation agreement: the tracks run through the Club Brugge Foundation vzw to guarantee structure, liability and quality control. Practical coordination is done directly with the department involved (e.g. Greenkeeping).
Win-win-win approach
We strive for added value for all involved:
- the participant: learning gains and job market opportunities,
- our partner organization: clear, reliable cooperation and
- Club Brugge: social commitment and valuable support for our teams and departments.
No Sweat No Glory, our working values
Our core values, inspired by the 'No Sweat No Glory' ambition, form the compass of each trajectory. We translate them into concrete work attitudes:
-
Commitment & Perseverance: we reward commitment and sustained effort.
-
Responsibility: on time, reliable and care for material and environment.
-
Team spirit: working together, showing respect and making each other stronger.
-
Pride & ambition: striving for quality and being proud of the work done.
-
Respect & integrity: acting honestly, tolerantly and professionally.
We translate these values into daily work agreements, coaching and evaluation moments, so that participants not only acquire skills, but also self-confidence and work rhythm.
