"IMPRESSED BY THE PROFESSIONAL ENVIRONMENT WHERE OUR PLAYER TRAINS DAILY"
Between 11 am and 2 pm, no fewer than 557 Club fans and sympathizers stopped by to discover Club Brugge's training complex, including 58-year-old Club fan Luc from Zuienkerke: "As a long-time supporter, I certainly didn't want to miss this unique opportunity to come and visit our Club's training complex. I am really impressed by the professional environment where our players can train daily. You feel that this wonderful practice complex breathes soccer. This can only lead to even more sporting successes!"
A separate extended tour was also offered in an accessible way for the less mobile fan and wheelchair user.
5,000 EUROS FOR CLUB BRUGGE FOUNDATION
All proceeds from this event benefited Club Brugge Foundation's socio-sports projects. Head of Foundation Peter Gheysen looks back with satisfaction: "Despite the weather conditions, all participants were impressed by the Basecamp. The event raised a nice 5,000 Euros for the benefit of the Club Brugge Foundation projects. To hear the exclusively positive reactions of the participants, we can only be satisfied."
