Club YLA won 2-0 over Westerlo Ladies. Blauw-Zwart laid the foundation for the win in the first half.
After six minutes, Littel opened the scoring on a corner kick with a spectacular overhead kick. Club YLA then continued to control the game and doubled just before the half-hour mark through Iliano, who finished in a controlled manner after a good attacking move.
In the second half, Club YLA kept up the pressure and created several more chances for a third goal. In the closing stages, Petry was close to 3-0, but her effort hit the crossbar.
Thanks to this victory, Club YLA is level with Zulte Waregem in the standings (8 points). Both teams follow close behind OH Leuven (10 points) and RSCA Anderlecht (12 points). Leuven and Anderlecht both have one more game to catch up, a showdown between them.
