For many years now, the Club Brugge Foundation and the Bruges City Archives have been working closely together to professionally preserve and catalog the club’s historical heritage and make it accessible to future generations. In the coming period, they will join forces to digitize the club’s former magazine, *Blauw-Zwart Magazine*. Soon, this unique source of Club history will be available for everyone to consult online at https://erfgoedbrugge.be/.
To make the archive as complete as possible, we are still looking for a number of missing issues. Do you have any old copies at home that you could spare? If so, you can help preserve a piece of Blauw-Zwart history and share it with fans, researchers, and enthusiasts.
We’re still looking for:
- Volumes 1 through 12 (complete)
- Volume 13 – Issue 15
- Volume 24 – Issue 7
- Volumes 25 through 32 (complete), with the exception of:
- Volume 31: issues 5 and 8
- Volume 32: Issue 3
- Volume 36 – Issue 1
- Volume 51 – issues 6 through 10
- Volume 57 – issues 2 and 4 through 10
Do you have one or more of these issues? If so, please contact the Club Brugge Foundation at foundation@clubbrugge.be for more information. Your magazines could be the missing pieces of the puzzle that complete the archive.
Nico Cappaert, president of the Club Brugge Supporters Federation, has already set a good example by making several issues from his own collection available for the digitization project.
Thank you very much in advance for your help!
