Last year - in September 2022 - Club Brugge Foundation opened a brand new minipitch at Kustpark Knapen in Zeebrugge. This mini-pitch was donated by Club Brugge to Stad Brugge in order to bring together as many youngsters from Zeebrugge as possible with "the connecting power of soccer" in sports and games. This mini-pitch clearly does not miss its target and reaches a lot of youngsters in Zeebrugge every day.
One year after this festive opening of the minipitch, Club Brugge, in collaboration with partner Port of Antwerp Bruges, wants to add an extra playground to Coastal Park Knapen with the installation of a unique 'Teqball Table'. This game variant, which is a cross between table tennis and soccer, gives youngsters the opportunity to hone their technical skills. To make this day even more festive, Hans Vanaken, Brandon Mechele and Maxim De Cuyper will be on hand for a Meet & Greet!
This new 'Teqball Table' will be festively presented to the inhabitants of Zeebrugge on Wednesday afternoon, September 6, with an afternoon of entertainment in Kustpark Knapen, Veerbootstraat 52 Zeebrugge.
- Continuous from 14h to 17h: Bouncy castles, soccer attractions and street football show
- 16:00: Inauguration Teqball Table
- 16h00 - 17h00: Meet & Greet with Hans Vanaken, Brandon Mechele & Maxim De Cuyper.
