Grady McDonnell joined the ranks of Club NXT in January 2025. The young midfielder made the move from Vancouver FC, a Canadian Premier League club. There, at a young age, he became the second youngest rookie in club history. McDonnell is a youth international for Ireland and also previously played for Canada U15.
