Yanis Musuayi was already part of the A-core of KMSK Deinze at a very young age, after which he made the move to Club NXT. The young striker is also no stranger to the U18 national team and was the only player called up from a lower series.

In 2024-2025, Yanis Musuayi made the move to Club Brugge and signed a 2.5-season contract.
Musuayi was part of KMSK Deinze's A-core since 2024-2025 and made his debut in the Challenger Pro League in the season opener against RSCA Futures. In December 2024, the striker made the move to Club NXT.
