Do you want to finally fulfil your good intentions or are you just a real sports fan? Then we have the perfect challenge for you: the Club Brugge Bootcamp! For ten weeks, every Wednesday evening, at unique locations in the Jan Breydel Stadium, under the personal supervision of experienced coaches from CTRL Gym. Whether you are a novice recreational athlete or an advanced athlete, this Bootcamp is open to everyone!
During these ten sessions, you will work on cardio, strength, fitness, agility, stability and much more. Together with like-minded people, divided into small groups with different intensity levels, you will challenge yourself and take yourself to the next level. Training at the edge of the main pitch, the steps of the stands, the players' gym, the corridors of the stadium and other unique places will provide a varied and challenging workout in your beloved environment.
