Diversity Wins (formerly: Give Racism the Red Card) is a 24-month anti-racism and anti-discrimination programme based on the 'Red Card Campaign' conducted in several European countries. Diversity Wins uses the prominent status of football and footballers to address racism in society.

Racism and discrimination is a current reality in society, which unfortunately does not spare the world of football either. At Club, we see diversity just as an asset. Within the multicultural composition of our dressing room, with multiple nationalities, we know this like no other. With the ´Diversity Wins´ project, we form one team and pursue one goal together.

Awareness of the theme

• In addition to awareness, the following objectives are also in place:

• Raising awareness of diversity

• Promoting tolerance and social cohesion

• Reducing physical and verbal violence related to racism

• Making society aware of the negative impact of racism on individuals
