Supported employment at Club Brugge

People with reduced chances on the labour market are given the opportunity to work in the various services of Club Brugge. In this way, labour attitudes, work-related skills and job-specific competences are taught.

Jobs offer people the best opportunities to participate fully in society. Club Brugge Foundation wants to help and support jobseekers in this, by reducing the threshold for reintegration into the labour market. The longer someone is disabled, the more difficult it becomes to return to work. It is of the utmost importance for us to give jobseekers the chance to return to work at an early stage.

DISCOVER ALL POSSIBILITIES

  • The employment project gives long-term jobseekers the chance to work at Club Brugge in cooperation with the Bruges CPAS.

  • Through the 'supported employment' project of the non-profit association Orange, logistical chores can be done by people with mental disabilities.

  • Legal work punishments can be carried out at Club Brugge. Basic values are also provided for complete reintegration.

  • In cooperation with the VDAB, we offer low-skilled people increased opportunities through sport for better advancement into the labour market.
