Build a respectful and inclusive club culture
Racism and discrimination are still present in amateur soccer as well. Trainers and coaches are regularly confronted with situations on and off the field, but do not always have the right tools to deal with them.
With Diversity Wins, Club Brugge Foundation supports soccer clubs to deal with this actively and positively.
What is Diversity Wins?
Diversity Wins is a practical workshop for trainers and coaches within amateur football clubs. The program strengthens them in their role as coach and as role model within a diverse group of players.
Because as a coach you have a direct impact on behavior, atmosphere and team culture.
What can you expect?
During the workshop:
- You learn to deal with diversity within your team
- You get tools to intervene in discriminatory behavior
- You work on communication, respect and group dynamics
The approach is interactive and based on recognizable situations from soccer.

Each workshop Diversity Wins includes
- Duration: 1 evening of 2 x 45 minutes
- Location: at your club
- Group: 10-20 participants
- Cost: free
